TampaSeller.com ("we," "us") buys residential property in the Tampa Bay area as a principal buyer. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because our data practices are short: you send us details about a property, and we use them to contact you about that property.
What we collect
- What you give us: the property address and ZIP code, basic property details (beds, baths, condition), your selling timeline and reasons, your name, your phone number, and your preferred contact method.
- What's collected automatically: the page URL you submitted from (which may include campaign tags), the time of submission, and your IP address, which our hosting provider (Cloudflare) passes along with your request. We do not use tracking cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To contact you — by call, text, or email — about the property you told us about and to prepare a cash offer.
- To evaluate the property and structure a purchase if you choose to sell.
- To keep basic records of inquiries and comply with legal obligations.
That's it. We don't sell your information, we don't run ads with it, and we don't add you to marketing lists unrelated to your inquiry.
Calls and text messages
By submitting the offer form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us about your property inquiry, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also just tell us to stop when we call — we will.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make this site work, and only so they can do their jobs for us:
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and processes form submissions.
- Twilio — delivers our text message alerts.
- Resend — delivers our email alerts.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of an actual property transaction you enter with us (for example, to a title company).
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details as long as reasonably needed to follow up on your inquiry, complete a transaction, or meet legal and record-keeping requirements. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts any time by replying STOP.
- Ask us not to call — by phone, text, or email — and we'll stop.
- Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
Children
This site is for property owners and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
